Shipping policy

With whom do Wyva’s letters fly? To protect the environment (and your wallet), I ship all mailboxes in the classic and climate-friendly way with Deutsche Post as a standard or compact letter. Please note: To keep costs for you as low as possible, there is no shipment tracking for this shipping method.

Shipping costs: The shipping costs will be displayed to you transparently in the checkout before you complete your order. We currently charge the following flat rates:

Germany: 0.00 € (Free shipping) EU countries: 0.70 €

Important information on the process & shipping period: The deadline: You can sign up from the 16th to the 15th of the following month to receive the box for the subsequent month. (Example: If you sign up between June 16th and July 15th, you will receive your first subscription box at the beginning of August.)

A little too late? If you sign up after the 15th, the new phase for the next motif begins. (Example: If you sign up on July 16th, you will start with the September box.)

Shipping: To assemble every box for you with the greatest care and in the best quality, I ship all subscriptions received by the 15th of the month collectively on the 1st of the following month.
